Currently, we are only accepting new applicants for those who purchase from our website. Please take that in mind when reading the following contract.

We are working hard to improve the ambassador dashboard and once we allow those to join without purchasing - on the lower role. We will begin to accept applications.

What is to be expected?

Cyrus Clothing is now doing a ambassador program. In which, you can promote the brand to your friends and family and if they purchase from us, they will get a discount on our store. You will also get paid for referring them.

You can tell your friends and family about Cyrus Clothing in various ways. Post us to your social media, display us in your Instagram bio or perhaps even upload a photo of you wearing one of our products!

Introduction

If you do not agree to be bound by the ambassador contract, do not join our ambassador program. If you have any questions, or otherwise need to contact us, you can do so at contact@cyrusclothing.com or by contacting us via social media.

We reserve the right to update the ambassador contract from time to time at our discretion. If we do so, the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this contract, ‘Ambassador Contract’ so that you are aware of any changes to them.

2. The ambassador role

Your ambassador role consists of the sharing and promotion of the Cyrus Clothing brand via various methods in return for specific rewards. As per the ambassador role, it is down to you for performance; Cyrus Clothing is not responsible for making your ambassador role more effective, i.e., Cyrus Clothing is not responsible for personally sharing your unique discount code to further gain you commission. You can tell your friends, family, followers and similar about Cyrus Clothing in various ways. For how to promote the company is displayed on the website and social media accounts, you can use this as guidance. We have a non-disclosed limit to the number of slots available for both ambassador roles. Once both positions are at full capacity, we will stop recruiting any further ambassadors until we deem next appropriate. All promotion and content must be Cyrus Clothing related.

3. Your (ambassador) duties

As per our ambassador program, it is down to you the actions you take during the time working with us. Cyrus Clothing mainly works via social media, it is important than when uploading content you also tag the company profile (@cyrusclothingofficial). Examples of your duties include uploading brand-related content to your social media. More detailed examples can be seen both on the Cyrus Clothing website and the ambassador Instagram page.

Below are key actions you must abide by when working with Cyrus Clothing as a brand ambassador - You must inform us of any user or name change. If you do not, we will have the right to cancel your role as we will not be able to locate you for further communication. - You must read all of the documentation involved to clearly understand your ambassador position. This includes, this contract, our ‘Ambassador Program’ page on our website and our FAQs. - You must be friendly and considerate towards Cyrus Clothing at all times - To join our ambassador program, we require you to be 16 or older. Between the ages of 16 and 18, we require you to get parents/guardians permission. We ask to receive an email confirmation to our email contact@cyrusclothing.com - We offer discounted items to our ambassadors. These discounts will be reduced during site clearance sales. You have the right to upload any content on your social media as long as you keep it in line with our guidelines. All content we share from your personal accounts must exclude your discount code to keep it fair for other ambassadors.

4. Working as a Cyrus Clothing ambassador without purchasing any item(s)

The first ambassador role, working without purchasing. All the duties you must abide by along with ramifications within the role are within this contract. You will receive your set commission (20%) per successful referral. As well as other rewards that are mentioned on our website.

5. Working as a Cyrus Clothing ambassador when purchasing any item(s)

The second ambassador role, working with purchasing. All the duties you must abide by along with ramifications within the role are within this contract. You will receive your set commission (30%) per successful referral. As well as other rewards that are mentioned on our website.

- We have the final choice of what content to upload to our social media.

- Story highlights will be attached to our ‘spotted on’ highlight and will last a maximum of one calendar month unless we state otherwise. This to keep the movement of Cyrus Clothing going forward and prevent over-seen imagery.

- You can request a new photo on our story highlights by sending Cyrus Clothing new and updated photos. This may be with new stock you have bought or even a new location, background etc.

- You only need to purchase one item from our store and there are no repeat purchases are required

6. Commission – referrals

We pay per successful referral giving your set commission. Commission is paid automatically after 45 days once the returns policy ends. You can use your personal discount code to buy items from our store although we do not count this as a successful referral. 

- If the item has been discounted on our store before purchase, we do not consider the original, full price of the item as the order value.

- We do not deem it a successful referral if your referees’ shipping address is the same as your own.

o This also includes if the item is billed and/or shipped under your name - We do not include shipping costs in the referral order value

7. Your rights

- You have the right to cancel the ambassador program at any point in time although it is your responsibility to inform us of your cancellation.

- You have the right to remove any content off your personal social media accounts that relates to the promotion of Cyrus Clothing

- You have the right to request removal of your own content from our social media if it is your imagery

- You have the right to upload any content to your social media as long as it is kept within our guidelines

8. Our rights

- We reserve the right not to upload any of your content to our social media or website if we deem it not suitable for brand image, of low quality, offensive or inappropriate in any way.

- We reserve the right to cancel your ambassador position without notice if we deem it suitable. This can be due to abuse of ambassador rewards and/or power not following our contract’s rules.

- We have the right to update our ambassador contract, ambassador roles and the rewards we give.

9. Liability and disclaimer

Your attention is particularly drawn to this section To the extent permitted by law, no implied conditions, warranties or other terms, including any implied terms relating to satisfactory quality or fitness for any purpose, will apply to our website or our content. Please see our Terms of Sale for details of the warranties we give in respect of the products we sell. Nothing in this ambassador contract shall be construed as excluding or limiting our liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by English law.

10. Purchasing products

You acknowledge that additional Terms of Sale http://www.cyrusclothing.com/pages/terms-of-sale apply to the sale of products on our website. If when you purchase products you choose to create an account you agree that you are responsible for all access to your account. Please keep your password confidential. We are not liable for any losses or damages you may experience from any failure to do so. You should notify us immediately if you suspect there has been unauthorised access to or use of your account and provide all reasonable assistance to bring an end to such unauthorised access or use.
